Mr. Andrew Lee has been working with public companies for the past 15 years. Andrew has served as a director or officer of resource companies with projects globally including a gold project in Ecuador and a phosphate project in Guinea-Bissau, West Africa. Currently, Andrew is the CEO and director of Phoenix Gold Resources Corp., a TSX Venture company focused on gold exploration in Nevada, USA.

Richard Shatto is a respected business administrator of public companies and acknowledged as a highly respected senior level business management consultant with experience and expertise in a broad spectrum of corporate functions including: administration, finance, marketing, communications, branding, and sales.
Richard studied Business and Marketing Communications at Biola University in La Mirada California. Over the past 15 years Richard has worked closely with senior management teams and Boards of Directors helping them visualize, develop, and implement business strategies for growth, revenue and corporate success.

THOMAS CHRISTOFF

Tom Christoff has held Senior Executive, Director and Ownership positions in various companies throughout the world. Tom has an strong combination of both finance and marketing strengths with decades of experience in Construction (High and Low-rise) projects and large infrastructure projects including 200 Megawatts Wind, Solar Alternative Energy projects, Mining and Exploration Companies.
Tom has won numerous Marketing and Construction awards and has an MBA and been selected for International Consulting at the Rotman School of Business University of Toronto.

ADRIAN VOLINTIRU

Mr. Volintiru is an accomplished, strategy-driven finance executive who, since June 2018 has been serving as the CEO of ROMGAZ, Romania’s largest natural gas producer, and the country’s third largest company with 2020 revenues exceeding US$1 billion and US$300 million in net income. He recently served on the Board of Directors of ROMGAZ. Mr. Volintiru has an exceptional business and political network within Romania and Eastern Europe with key executive positions in both the private sector and in the Romanian Government. Over the past five years, he has served on the board of Hidroelectrica S.A. which supplies and distributes electric power throughout Romania; he was SC’s CFO and interim COO. Rompetrol S.A. is an international oil company with gas stations throughout Romania including operations in 12 other countries; and he served as the State Secretary for the Ministry of Economics, Trade, and Industry in Romania’s Government.
